Frequently Asked questions

Does my child have to be Neurodiverse to join Limitless?

Not at all. As a CASC we do not have restrictive membership, but it is good to be open about who we have been focusing on helping.

At Limitless we have helped children who suffer with anxiety and or other challenges, may have found meeting new people challenging or could have struggled in a mainstream football setting.

When do you train?

We train Sundays at 9.30am at present, and run in line with school term times

What age do you have to be to join?

We typically help from age 6 upwards, but please do contact us with questions on this

What qualifications do the coaches have?

Our volunteer coaches have an FA playmaker certificate and are DBS checked. The club also has a welfare officer

What does happens in a typical session?

The format may differ across the three stages we run, but typically we have a warm up, ball skills, drills and for some groups a game at the end of the session. 5 minutes before the end everyone comes together to give out player of the week medals. The session lasts an hour.

How does my child become a member?

If you contact us via the forms we can arrange a time where you can come and see what we do and whether this will be suitable for your child

How much is it to join Limitless?

There is no cost to join. Training sessions however are £7 and run in accordance with school term timings. We settled fees via the app that we use - SPOND

What should my child wear?

We advise usual football training gear and appropriate footwear for Astroturf. However - this is flexible as we understand some of our children may have sensory issues around clothing
